My first 4th of July in South Carolina brought me to Hillbilly Days. A gathering in the beautiful mountains in my town, Mountain Rest. Featured here are a clog-off competition, a greased pole climb, and of course, the local hillbillies. The bluegrass music alone was worth the trip. The locals were just the icing on the cake.
